Changing Avatars

Hi,
Great tool

I'm also writing programs for use with google talk.
Do you think you could share your method for changing the avatars?
It doesn't seem to be something directly supported through the GoogleTalkAPILib, so I'm guessing you're using some other method?

Any help much appreciated!

We use subclass in gtalk shell.But it seems that google now focus more on web version gtalk
